Frank Tonacchio is the Vice President of Tona Development Group. Frank leads Tona’s investment and transaction strategy, capital markets, site selection, and construction, anchoring a team of respected architects, engineers, and project managers on cross-disciplinary projects, ensuring ground up development is achieved on time and on budget. Frank manages project delivery and directs field operations to maintain the efficiency and safety standards that are the hallmark of Tona. As Vice President, Frank is fully immersed in all aspects of the company’s operations, including strategy, acquisitions, capital raising, leasing activities, and the execution and management of Tona properties.
