Del Mar Estates is a 4-story, 15-unit, multi-family residential luxury apartment building located next to Island City Park, overlooking New River. The Estates feature a variety of unit types including 1,200 sq. ft. 2-bedroom and 2-bath units, as well as 550-800 sq. ft. 1-bedroom and 1-bath units. These units feature balconies overlooking the water, as well as amenities including a landscaped courtyard, private gym and pool area. A new dock will be placed along New River for boats to dock, with project completion expected to be by the end of 2019.
