Michael Tonacchio, as Principal, spearheads the origination, underwriting, evaluation, due diligence and closing activities for all of Tona’s acquisition and development opportunities. Michael focuses on the growth of Tona’s development projects while providing day to day management and support to Tona’s property management, compliance, investment and operational teams. Michael’s extensive knowledge of the New York and New Jersey real estate markets enabled Tona to take an active development role in emerging neighborhoods, particularly in Brooklyn, NY and Newark, NJ.
