Yelena Saturn is the Chief Financial Officer of Tona Development Group, bringing over 27 years of expertise in real estate development finance with a specialized focus on construction financing and capital stack management. Yelena oversees all financial operations for Tona, including accounting, treasury, financial reporting, budgeting, and lender compliance, ensuring that every project—from acquisition through lease-up—remains financially sound and strategically aligned.

Yelena leads the company’s construction financing strategy, structuring, and managing complex capital stacks that include senior debt, bridge financing, mezzanine loans, equity contributions, reserves, interest-only periods, and lender-required covenants. She negotiates directly with financial institutions, coordinates underwriting, oversees draw processes, and ensures accurate financial reporting throughout the construction lifecycle. As a core member of Tona’s executive leadership team, Yelena helps shape the company’s long-term financial and operational strategy. Her responsibilities extend across acquisition analysis, development budgeting, property operations,  payroll administration, and cash-flow planning. Trusted for her financial expertise and strategic insight, Yelena serves as an advisor on debt, equity, development feasibility, and project performance monitoring across Tona’s diverse portfolio of mixed-use and multifamily assets. Yelena holds a BA in accounting and an MBA in Finance and Business from Colorado State University.
